The Board of Directors for the NYRA shall consist of an Executive Committee 
consisting of the President, Executive Vice-President, Senior Vice-President, 
Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer with twelve (12) additional board members for a 
total of 18 positions. The officers shall be elected from the pool of the 
18 board representatives. Each of these positions is a full voting member of the Board of 
Directors. NYRA will make every attempt for fair representation for the community 
demographics, individual sport representation and sponsors provided there is abundant 
interest in serving on the Board.
